As a leadership coach my purpose is to help you build the capacity to act on your deepest aspirations. I will help you gain insight into the things that matter most to you, and to identify mindset shifts and actions that will bring those things to life. I focus on elevating your core leadership capacity, so that you can raise the level of everyone’s performance. I am a Professional Certified Coach.

Strategy Development and Facilitation
I love the magic of bringing people together to create a better future. I’ve planned and facilitated dozens of impactful group processes, including team and organization retreats, strategy and program development sessions, and multiple stakeholder processes. I’m flexible in my approach, drawing from my experiences in community organizing, human centered design, and the liberating structures toolbox.

I’m Allen, and I am a leadership coach, organization development consultat, and strategist with lots of experience helping leaders and organizations develop the insights, leadership capacity, and collective processes needed to bring our dreams to life.
My work in coaching, leadership development, program design, and strategy at leading regional and national NGOs taught me the importance of connecting result-oriented strategy, leadership development, and organization culture. Leadership without strategy doesn’t get us where we want to go. Strategy without a supporting culture and leadership ends up as wishful thinking and burnout. It’s when we connect all three that we have fun doing amazing things to improve lives that nobody thought would be possible.
